There are 3 major Xend operations you can carry out offline.

  1. Offline Transfer

    To make an offline transfer, send the following to 08142428445:
    Transfer PhoneNumber/XendCode Amount
    i.e Transfer 081333334444 2000
    Offline transactions have a daily limit of ₦2000

  2. Verify TxRef

    Use this code for transaction verification. Send the following to 08142428445:
    Verify transaction_reference
    i.e Verify GG28087FF

  3. Balance pin

    Use this code to check balance. Send the following to 08142428445:
    Balance XendPin
    i.e Balance 123456

Click on forgot pin and answer security questions correctly to change your password.

Select Pay on the User dashboard. Fill in the receipient's details, Amount, Pin and Xend it.

Select Withrawal on the Dashboard. Fill out your preferred cashout details and Submit. Please note that the minimum amount for withdrawal is N1000.

Your number may be registered under the DND service. To opt out of the DND (Do Not Disturb) service, text the word "ALLOW" to the short code 2442. To opt-out is free.

First you will need the transaction reference number. You can find it in the text you receive or on the app, check user dashboard and click on history. Copy the transaction ref. Navigate to verify transaction. Paste your transaction reference into the form and click enter.
